Downloading All Signed Agreements

You can download all signed funding agreements for a funding period as a single ZIP file. This is useful for:

• Local authority audits
• Record keeping and archival
• Compliance documentation
• Backup of signed declarations

How to Download

1. Navigate to Submissions in the main menu
2. Use the Period filter to select the funding period you want
3. Click the 'Download Agreements' button (appears when a period is selected)
4. The system generates a ZIP file containing all signed agreements
5. Your browser will download the ZIP file automatically

ZIP File Structure

The downloaded ZIP file is organised by nursery:

What's Included

• Only signed agreements (submissions with completed parent signatures)
• Only submissions in Approved or Exported status
• Files named with child name and submission reference for easy identification

Access Permissions

• Nursery Managers can download agreements for their assigned nurseries
• Head Office users can download agreements for all nurseries
