How to register, log in, and manage your parent portal account

Click the Link in Your Email

Your nursery will send you an email or SMS with a unique link. Click this link to start.

Enter Your Verification Code

Enter the verification code provided in the email/SMS. This confirms your identity.

Create Your Account

If you're new, click 'Create Account'. Enter your email address and create a password.

Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols

Verify Your Email

Check your email for a verification link. Click the link to activate your account.

Log In

Return to the portal and log in with your email and password to access your dashboard.

First-Time Registration

When you receive your first funding declaration invitation, you'll need to create an account. This account lets you:

  • Complete funding declarations for all your children
  • View your submission history
  • Update your contact details
  • Receive notifications about new declarations

Returning Users

If you already have an account:

  1. Click the link in the email from your nursery
  2. Click 'Log In' instead of 'Create Account'
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. You'll be taken directly to the pending declaration

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Quick Access

For faster access, you can use a verification code without logging in:

  1. Click the link in your email
  2. Enter the verification code provided
  3. Complete the declaration without creating an account

Note: Without an account, you won't be able to view your submission history.

Updating Your Details

To update your email address or password:

  1. Log into the parent portal
  2. Click your name in the top right
  3. Select 'My Profile'
  4. Update your details and save

Tip: Use the same email address for all your children's nurseries to manage everything from one account.

Frequently Asked Questions

I didn't receive the verification email - what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and try again. Contact your nursery if you still don't receive it.
Can I use the same account for multiple children?
Yes, if you use the same email address, all your children's declarations will appear in your dashboard.
The verification code isn't working
Verification codes expire after 48 hours. Contact your nursery to request a new invitation.
